The rooms were very comfortable and very clean (TKU Victoria). the whole concept of the hotel is amazing, sooo impressed! Early spring day people were enjoying the heated pool and the breakfast is not just a continental breakfast it is worth having (thank you Crisela). The staff is also why The Verb deserves to be a five star. They are so friendly and proud of where they work as if it is their own. A great thank you to Mackenzie and Chris!

Gracious staff, everything spotless.
This hotel had everything we needed, we really loved rooms and facilities. Nice when waitstaff remembers you. You'll need 5 minutes to walk to Hojoko with nice drinks.

The location is great, the breakfast is free! Moreover, we could park our car on-site. This hotel is equal to 3 stars.

Hotel was right next to Fenway Park!. Our room had a view of the back of the park which was really cool. Bars and restaurants galore within walking distance. Commuter rail and t stops close as well. There was a comedy club at the restaurant too. Free wi-fi, too.
You pay for the location. Hotel is old and outdated, no elevator for handicap access, rooms smelled of mildew

I was barely able to close my eyes and go to sleep. The hotel is desperately in need of renovation. It was not a pleasant experience at all and I would not go back. The hotel clerk told us NOT to eat the complimentary breakfast. I will conduct a more thorough search for future trips so this does not happen to me again.
